Patrol

Utilizing modern vehicles and uniformed officers, we patrol client property as requested. Clients select from packages including one to five patrols per evening. Additional patrols and other activities such as lock/unlock services can be added customize you patrol contract. Clients selecting the Patrol Package are automatically enrolled in our Alarm Response program if the premises are protected by a monitored alarm company.

Our patrol officers respond to alarm activations on client property. Scalable options include basic packages with pay-per-use response to verify property security to more complete packages which include multiple responses included in the package and interior checks of client property if an intrusion is detected.

Unlike the vast majority of security companies, we provide 24-hour, 365-day-a-year Patrol and Alarm Response services.

Our uniformed officers report to your post and perform all necessary and contracted services. Permanent posts can also be customized with data terminals and custom uniform patches.

Our modern patrol vehicles are equipped with a secure digital radio system, and Mobile Data Terminals. The vehicles are fully marked, containing electronic warning equipment, safety, security and first responder devices to allow us to respond to all possible contingencies.

Both our Patrol Vehicles as well as all Officers (on-site and patrol) are equipped with FirstNet LTE Radio Communication. Patrol Officers are also equipped with 2 way backup FirstNet cellular phone communication. Our 24 hour dispatch center contains a proprietary CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) system, keeping them in constant contact with our patrol vehicles and officers. Our system is able to automatically allocate our officer resources as needed based on GPS coordinates.

In addition to our Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system it also allows officers to request and run criminal background checks, Vehicle License Checks as well as contains all client data. Officers also use the system to write reports which are emailed directly to clients.

Officer Safety

All of our officers are trained in First Aid and CPR and are equipped with body cameras, body armor, a duty belt containing handcuffs, baton, Sabre Red OC Spray, protective gloves and a flashlight. In addition, all ARMED officers carry a duty weapon and a Phazzer Enforcer Conducted Energy Device.
